If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you may return your order within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges.

1. Please contact customer service at 305-748-4336 or login to your account if you are a registered user.
2. Get your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) either by phone from one of our operators or on your account online in the orders section.

Please include into the box the return slip that was sent with your order properly filled with your assigned RMA#.
All packages received back without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted and will delay your refund.
We strongly suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information.
Kindly allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse to process your return credit. We recommend that you keep the return tracking number for your reference.
We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper amount is credited. You will be refunded the shipping cost as well if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
All returned items must be unused in its original packaging and in its original condition with labels/tags still attached. Laundered items will not be accepted. Monogrammed and custom made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufactures defect or error. If we receive returns that do not comply, they will be returned to you and no credits will be issued.
All sales become final after 30 days from receipt of shipment.
Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item using our easy return process. Then place a new order online for an alternative product.
